1 1/2c almond meal
1 1/2c flax meal
2tsp sea salt
ground black pepper
2tsp baking powder
2Tb nutritional yeast
1 whole egg
1/2c cream cheese
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Divide dough into 4.
Roll one portion between baking paper until very thin.
Grind extra salt over dough.
Sprinkle paprika over.
Roll to push seasonings into dough.
Remove top paper and place on pizza stone.
Bake 170degC until lightly browned and crisp, about 20 min.
When cool, store in air tight container.
