Bircher muesli is just such a quick and easy breakfast meal. It is also quite inexpensive when made with home made yoghurt. Everyone loves it, from the toddler to the adults.
How to -
1. Mix 2 cups rolled oats with enough milk to cover, 2 cups yoghurt, 5 grated apples and a slug of maple syrup.
2. Fridge overnight to soak.
It really is that easy!! To serve add more yoghurt or milk, depending on the consistency you like.
