chai shrinker - a recipe

This is my tweek on the Trim Healthy Mama 'Shrinker' drink.

Chai Shrinker (FP)
1 oolong tea bag
pinch sea salt
pinch cayenne pepper
stevia to taste

Brew chai spice mix and tea bag in recently boiled water.
Strain into mugs and add the remaining ingredients.
Serve hot or chilled.

  1. This is a nice variation of The Shrinker. :-) Although the cayenne gives me hair on the chest! LOL

    1. There's nothing wrong with hairs on ones chest!!! But when you can't breathe for a moment, it's probably too much cayenne!!
