This is my tweek on the Trim Healthy Mama 'Shrinker' drink.
Chai Shrinker (FP)
1 Tb chai spice mix
1 oolong tea bag
pinch sea salt
pinch cayenne pepper
stevia to taste
Brew chai spice mix and tea bag in recently boiled water.
Strain into mugs and add the remaining ingredients.
This is a nice variation of The Shrinker. :-) Although the cayenne gives me hair on the chest! LOL

There's nothing wrong with hairs on ones chest!!! But when you can't breathe for a moment, it's probably too much cayenne!!
